Afro Tanaka theme song

It looks like Warner Music Japan has uploaded, Tsuru's "Yoru wo Koete" which is the theme for Shota's "Afro Tanaka" movie. The PV has afros, a riff strangely reminiscent of Super Mario Land (as Kotaku pointed out), but most importantly for us, movie clips! Embedded PV under the cut!
